Caribbean Change

A complete nutritional programme, matched to your baby's changing needs.

Babies grow at an impressive rate. Mums are sometimes surprised to find that their baby has outgrown their pyjamas in just one week! To track your baby’s growth, those two charts are essential.

Track your baby’s development

These charts are one indicator for monitoring your child’s health. During the first few months, your baby will grow at a spectacular pace. Then, after 12 months, this growth spurt will slow down. The ratio between size and weight can be an early warning sign for any potential growth problems your baby may have for their age. You don’t need to weigh and measure your baby every day – once a month and/or each time you see your doctor is enough. If your friends’ babies seem bigger or smaller than yours, don’t worry – each infant develops at their own rate.
