Butter creamIngredients175g butter75g margarine150ml syrup
Instructions1. Whisk butter and margarine at high speed until light and fluffy.2. Slowly add syrup and continue stirring until smooth. Set aside.
CakeIngredients A200g self-raising flour2 teaspoons baking powder
Other ingredients100g NESTLÉ® Infant Cereal Wheat with Honey300g butter or margarine200g caster sugar4 eggs (grade B)¼ cup milk1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Instructions1. Sift together ingredients A & stir in NESTLÉ® Infant Cereal Wheat with Honey; set aside.2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. Stir in milk and vanilla essence.3. Fold dry ingredients A.4. Lightly grease and line two 20cm round cake pan with grease-proof paper. Spoon cake mixture into the cake pans.5. Bake in preheated 180°C oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the cake is done (when a knife inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean).6. Remove cake from oven and cool down in the cake pan.7. Decorate cake with butter cream.

Ingredients A1 cup self-raising flour½ teaspoon baking powder
Other ingredients¾ cup NESTLÉ® Infant Cereal Rice with Apple & Cranberry150g butter or margarine¼ cup sugar1 egg, lightly beaten1 teaspoon essence of vanilla½ cup milk
Instructions1. Sift together ingredients A, and stir in NESTLÉ® Infant Cereal Rice with Apple & Cranberry.2. Cream butter and sugar until light and creamy. Stir in egg, essence and milk. 3. Fold in Ingredients A.4. Place mixture into patty tins to ¾ full, spread evenly. 5. Bake in preheated 180°C over for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
