Singapore Change

Nutrition for your baby

A complete nutritional programme, matched to your baby's changing needs.

Stage 1: after 6 months

Congratulations! Your baby is now in Stage 1 and becoming more alert to the world around him (although he is still sleeping a lot).

The World Health Organisation recommends exclusive breastfeeding during the first 6 months and continued breastfeeding for as long as possible. As babies grow at different paces, health professionals should advise the mother on the appropriate time when her baby should start receiving complementary foods.

Infant Cereals – an ideal choice for weaning
Nestlé® CERELAC® Infant Cereals are the first to contain BL Bifidus®, a clinically proven probiotic which helps your baby fight against harmful bacteria in his digestive system. Together with a special combination of immunonutrients such as Iron, Zinc, Vitamins A and C, it helps support your baby's growth and development. Find out more here.

Nutritious menus

Your baby will soon be in Stage 2 and will be moving on to fruits, vegetables and a variety of cereals. He will be able to focus more closely on different objects and people. Along with vital organs, your baby’s different senses – taste, touch, smell, sight and hearing, are developing fast. You’ll be amazed at how quickly he progresses.
