Menu especially adapted for your baby

The World Health Organisation recommends exclusive breastfeeding during your baby’s first 6 months and continued breastfeeding for as long as possible. As babies grow at different paces, health professionals should advise you on the appropriate time to start on complementary foods.


Stage 4 recommended menu: from 12 months

Breakfast

250ml of growing-up milk

Lunch

1 bowl of rice porridge or infant cereal
2 tablespoons of meat or fish
2 to 3 tablespoons of vegetables

Mid-afternoon

250ml of growing-up milk or 2 NESTLÉ® Rusk
3 to 4 tablespoons of fruits

Dinner

1 bowl of rice porridge or infant cereal
2 tablespoons of meat or fish
2 to 3 tablespoons of vegetables

Note: 1 level tablespoon of blended meat or fish = approximately 15g
1 level tablespoon of fruit or vegetables = approximately 15g
Quantity can be adjusted to suit your baby’s appetite. Never force your baby to eat if she is not hungry and always offer water regularly.

Breakfast
